Camera connection to WiFi is unstable or disconnected?

If the connection between your camera and WiFi is unstable or disconnected, please refer to the following steps to check the camera:

1. It may be that the battery of the camera is low. Please use the USB power cable to charge the camera for 3 hours (turn off the power switch of the camera when charging), and then turn on the power switch of the camera to test whether the camera can work.

2. If the camera battery is sufficient and the camera is still connected unstable, it may be that the camera is too far away from the router, and the WiFi signal received by the camera is weak, resulting in a stable connection to the camera. Please install the camera as close to the router as possible to ensure that the camera can connect to a stronger WiFi signal

3. If the camera still does not work after charging and close to the router, please press and hold the reset button on the head of the camera for 5 seconds to check if the camera says "ding, system reset" and then wait a few seconds and the camera should say "the camera is now ready to begin pairing". After hearing the prompt tone, please delete the camera in the APP, and then add the camera to the APP again.
