When the indicator light on your camera flashes red and blue alternately, it means the camera is not connected to the mobile Internet. Please refer to the following steps to check the camera:

1. Please check if your SIM card is correctly inserted into the camera


2. When you use your own SIM card, the camera may be incompatible with some SIM cards and cannot be recognized. Generally, we recommend using the SIM card attached to the camera. Our SIM card works well after testing. for use with the camera. Alternately flashing red and blue means that the camera has not been successfully connected to the Internet. When the camera indicator light is solid blue, it means that the camera has successfully connected to the Internet. At this time, the camera can be paired/used normally.


3. When the camera can recognize your SIM card or use the SIM card attached to the camera, please check whether the 4G signal coverage in your place is good, so that the camera can receive the 4G signal well, if the signal is not good, the camera will not be able to When connected to the Internet, the camera's indicator light will still flash red and blue alternately. Please adjust the camera installation position and install the camera to a place with good 4G signal.


4. If the camera was working normally before, but now the indicator light is flashing red and blue alternately, please check whether your SIM card still has data flow. When there is insufficient data flow in the SIM card, the camera will have the indicator light flashing red and blue alternately. , if the camera's SIM card has insufficient traffic, please recharge the SIM card with a data plan. After recharging, please turn off the camera's power switch and then turn it on again. After restarting the camera, open the Ubox APP to check whether the camera can work normally.
