Q2: Is there any monthly fee?
A: This home security camera supports sd card recording and cloud storage, if you use a micro sd card (not included) to save recordings, there is no montly fee; if you want to upload the recordings to the cloud, there will be a little montly fee.
Q3: Does it support 5G WiFi?
A: This WiFi camera only supports 2.4G WiFi, it does not support 5G WiFi or 4G cellular network. If you changed the wifi, have to reset the camera and setup as brand new.
Q4: The solar camera shows online, but I can not see live picture.
A: The outdoor security camera needs stable wifi signal, if the camera is too far from the wifi router, it will be hard to load live picture, please move the camera near the router, restart the camera and phone.

Je ne l'ai pas encore installée le gros bémol c'est la notice d'utilisation qui est tout en Anglais, je suis fran?ais et pas anglais donc ont ne comprends rien j'ai commencé la programmation mais je suis bloqué car justement je ne comprends pas pourquoi, je vais faire venir un copain qui parle l'anglais, j'ai regardé sur internet il y a aucune notice en fran?ais par contre le matériel à l'aire d'être Super costaud et de bonne qualité. L'emballage de cette caméra est exemplaire vraiment bien protégé.
