No. This plug-in WiFi outdoor camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during setup.
Does this camera need to be plugged in all the time?
Yes. This camera is powered by a plug-in power adapter and does not have a built-in battery. It needs continuous power from an outlet for reliable 24/7 monitoring.
Can this camera record continuously?
Yes. With plug-in power, this camera supports 24/7 continuous recording through cloud storage, helping you monitor your home, entrance, garage, driveway, or shop day and night.
Does this camera support SD card storage?
No. This model supports cloud storage only and does not support SD card storage. A cloud storage plan may be required after the free trial for extended recording and playback.
Does this camera support 4G cellular connection?
No. This is a WiFi security camera and does not support 4G cellular networks. It must be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
