Plug-in WiFi cameras are best for locations where both WiFi and stable power are available. They are suitable for garages, covered entrances, shops, patios, indoor areas, office trailers, and fixed monitoring points that need reliable daily use.

Choose a plug-in WiFi camera if you do not want to depend on battery charging or solar exposure. It is also a good option for areas where you want more consistent monitoring, such as a garage door, porch, shop entrance, or home entry point. Before buying, check the cable route, power outlet location, WiFi strength, mounting position, recording mode, night vision, two-way audio, and whether the camera will be protected from direct weather exposure if installed outdoors. If there is no outlet nearby, choose a solar WiFi camera instead.
