Why is the camera online but unable to load the live image? (Vi)

A weak signal can cause the live video feed to fail to load.
Ensure the camera receives a good WiFi signal. You can check the camera's signal strength in the app.



1. If the signal is weak/poor, reposition the camera or router to minimize the distance between them until you see the signal displayed as "Good" in the app. Then, restart both the camera and the router to see if the camera can load live images normally.

2. If the signal strength is strong but the live stream still fails to load, please restart your phone and reopen the Vidome app to test. Also, check if too many devices are connected to your router’s WiFi, as this can reduce network bandwidth and prevent the camera from loading the live image.
