Why is the camera online but unable to load the live image?

A weak WiFi signal can cause the live video feed to fail to load.

1. Ensure the camera receives a strong WiFi signal (ideally 3 bars or more). You can verify the signal strength in the UBox app.



2. If the signal is weak, reposition the camera or router to minimize the distance between them until the camera shows 3 bars of signal or stronger. Then, restart both the camera and the router and test again.

3. If the signal strength is sufficient (3 bars or more) but the live stream still fails to load, please restart your phone and reopen the UBox app to test. Also, check if too many devices are connected to your router’s WiFi, as this can reduce network bandwidth and prevent the camera from loading the live image.
