Why is my solar panel charging so slowly?

1. If the camera is installed in an area with insufficient light, the APP may indicate that the camera is charging, but the charging process will be very slow. Please install the solar panel in an open location where it can receive direct sunlight during the day.

2. When motion is detected, the camera will wake up and record a video of the event. 
Frequent activation can quickly drain the battery. And this will result in the solar charging speed not being able to keep up with the camera's power consumption.
Therefore, please do not install the camera in areas with high pedestrian or vehicle traffic, or you can lower the camera's detection sensitivity in the APP. This will reduce the frequency of the camera being triggered by moving objects and help extend battery life.
