Why is my 4G camera offline?
1. The camera will go offline if the SIM cellular data runs out.
1) If you are using the SIM card that came with the camera, please check the remaining data balance in the app. If the data has been used up, please subscribe to 4G cellular data in the app.
2) If you are not using the SIM card that came with the camera, please contact your SIM card carrier to check your data balance and recharge.
If the camera does not come back online after recharging, please manually restart the camera using the power switch. The camera will reconnect after approximately 1 minute.
2. Low battery can also cause the camera to go offline.
Please open the EseeCloud app to check the camera's battery level. If the battery is low, please remove the camera from its mounting location and charge it for 6 hours using a 5V mobile phone charger (turn off the camera power while charging). Then open the app to check the battery level. If your camera is solar-powered, please reconnect the camera to the solar panel to ensure continuous power supply. (Please install the solar panel in a location with sufficient sunlight.)
Note: For some camera models, the battery level is not displayed in the app. You can check the battery status by looking at the battery indicator light (this will be indicated in the included user manual).
