Why is my camera offline?
1. If you change your WiFi network or password, the camera will go offline.
To reconnect, please press and hold the camera's reset button for 5 seconds to reset it, then delete the camera from the app and add it again.
2. The camera battery may be low.
Please charge the camera for 3 hours using a 5V phone charger (turn off the camera power while charging). Afterwards, turn the camera back on to check if it functions normally.
3. A weak WiFi signal received by the camera can cause it to go offline.
Please check the camera's signal strength in the APP. If the signal is too weak, place the camera next to the router and restart both the camera and the router for testing. (If the weak signal is due to the WiFi router being too far from the camera, consider purchasing a WiFi extender.)
4. If the camera still does not work after following the steps above, press and hold its reset button for 5 seconds until you hear "system reset". Then, delete the camera from the UBox app and add it again.
