Why doesn't the Vidome app send me alert notifications?

1. You may not have enabled the app's notification permission.
Please make sure you allowed all permissions when you run the app at the first time. If not, you can go to the phone app permission management page to allow all permissions, or you can re-install the Vidome app and then when you first use it, allow all the permissions. 

2. You may have selected Do Not Disturb mode in the app.
Please open the Vidome APP and check if the notification icon (a bell) shows a slash. If it does, it means you have enabled the Do Not Disturb mode. Please switch to "Records alerts and notify".
