Why doesn't the SD card record videos? (AJ)

Make sure the SD card is installed correctly. In the app, go to the Device settings {>} Memory card storage; if installed properly, you should see the card's capacity displayed. We recommend using a reliable brand SD card (such as SanDisk or Samsung). Fake or poor-quality SD cards may show capacity but fail to record, or they may record only a few videos and cannot overwrite old files once full.
