Why doesn't the SD card record videos?

Please make sure the SD card is installed correctly. In the app, go to Device Settings {>} Storage Settings.
If the SD card is installed properly, its capacity will be displayed. We recommend using a reliable brand SD card (such as Samsung, SanDisk, Kingston). Fake or poor-quality SD cards may show capacity but fail to record, or they may record only a few videos and cannot overwrite old files once full.
