Why doesn't the EseeCloud app send me alert notifications?

You may not have enabled the app's notification permission.

Please make sure you allowed all permissions when you run the app at the first time. If not, you can go to the phone app permission management page to allow all permissions, or you can re-install the EseeCloud app and then when you first use it, allow all the permissions. 

In addition, please check the "Push messages" or "Push message settings" in the APP settings. If you have turned off push messages, please turn it on to receive message notifications.
