Why does my SIM card data run out so fast?

The following situations typically consume SIM card data:
1) Viewing the camera’s live feed in the EseeCloud app.
2) The camera triggers when motion is detected.
3) Records detected motion and uploads the video to cloud storage.

If your SIM card data is being consumed too quickly, please adjust the following three points:
1) Reduce how often you open the EseeCloud app for live view.
2) Adjust the camera’s installation location. Avoid placing it on busy streets where moving objects appear frequently.
3) Lower the sensitivity of motion detection. A lower sensitivity setting will reduce how often the camera is triggered by moving objects, which can help reduce data consumption (because once activated, the camera consumes data to upload recorded motion videos to the cloud).

You can also choose a data plan with more data in the EseeCloud app, depending on your camera's actual usage scenario, to avoid the camera going offline due to insufficient SIM card data.
