Why does my camera battery drain so quickly?

This is a low-power consumption camera. When motion is detected,  it wakes up to record motion-triggered video to cloud or microSD and sends alerts to your phone. When there’s no motion, it enters sleep mode to conserve power.

If your camera battery drains too fast, try these adjustments:
1. Limit live viewing: Reduce the frequency/duration of opening the UBox APP to view the camera's live feed. 
2. Adjust the installation location: Avoid installing it on high-traffic areas like busy streets to reduce false motion triggers, which consume more power.
3. Check solar charging: Make sure the solar panel is firmly connected and installed in open, direct sunlight. When solar charging works properly, you’ll see the charging icon in UBox App.
