Why did the camera miss detecting some movements?
1. Weak or unstable network connection.
If your camera has a poor network connection, cloud recording may not be completed, or cloud recording may not be synced to the "Library" in the app.
The best distance for the camera's activity detection sensor to work is 15 to 25 feet. Moving objects that are too close or too far from the camera may cause the camera to fail to detect them. Please adjust the camera's installation position and test it. And do not install the camera behind glass.
Please set the sensitivity to "High": open the EseeCloud app → go to Device Settings → tap "Motion Detection Alert" → adjust the "Detection Sensitivity Level" to "High".
