Why Can't I View Videos from the SD Card?
Quick answer: Make sure the camera supports and detects the microSD card, restart the camera after inserting the card, and switch the app from Cloud mode to TF mode to view SD card videos.
1. Check the microSD Card First
The camera supports a 16GB to 128GB microSD card. We recommend using a reliable brand such as Samsung, SanDisk, or Kingston.
Before viewing SD card videos, check these points:
- The microSD card is inserted correctly into the camera.
- The card is within the supported 16GB to 128GB capacity range.
- The card is from a reliable brand and is not fake, damaged, or poor quality.
2. Restart the Camera After Inserting the SD Card
After inserting the SD card into the camera, restart the camera. Once motion is detected, the camera will automatically save motion-triggered videos to the SD card.
3. Switch from Cloud Mode to TF Mode
When you want to view videos saved on the SD card, tap the Cloud/TF icon in the app and switch it to TF mode. TF mode means SD card mode.

4. Why Does It Switch Back to Cloud Mode?
The app defaults to the Cloud icon. Even if you manually switch to the TF icon, the app may return to Cloud mode after it is closed and reopened.
To view SD card videos again:
- Open the app.
- Go to the camera playback page.
- Tap the Cloud/TF icon.
- Switch it back to TF mode.
Still Can't View SD Card Videos?
If the SD card is installed and TF mode is selected but videos still cannot be viewed, check whether the SD card is recording correctly, whether it needs to be formatted, or whether the card quality is reliable.
