Why can't I add the WiFi camera to the app? (Vi)
1. Please ensure you have installed the correct app: the Vidome app. Using an incorrect app will prevent the camera from being successfully added.
Models currently supporting dual-band WiFi (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz): HX-2PT1; HX-2PT1-5; HX-2PT1-2; ZC-IPC213; ZC-IPC216.
Different camera models may behave differently after powering on; please refer to the user manual that came with your camera.
For example, when the CQ10 camera is connected to power, you will see the four spotlights turn on in white and the camera will rotate horizontally 180° twice. The spotlights will then turn red, followed by a "beep," indicating the camera is ready to be added to the app.
