What should I do if there are too many false alarms?

The camera has a built-in PIR motion detection sensor. PIR is a far-release infrared sensor that determines whether there is human activity based on the far-release infrared rays of the human body. Some objects that emit infrared rays of the same wavelength may also be identified, such as sunlight, mammals, cars, and heat sources.

If the camera false alarm is too much, please refer to the following steps to adjust:
1. Do not install the camera where it faces strong light/mirror/window/swimming pool.
2. Do not place the camera too close to any angle with busy traffic. Recommended distance between the camera and motion objects is within 8m (25ft).
3. Stay away from the air vents, including air conditioner vents, humidifier outlets, the heat transfer vents of the projectors, etc.
4. Please adjust the camera's motion detection sensitivity. Go to device settings, tap "Motion Detection Alert," and adjust the "Detection Sensitivity Level" to "Medium" or "Low".
