What if I change my WiFi or WiFi password?

If you update your WiFi or WiFi password, the camera will go offline.

Follow these steps to reconnect:
1. Press and hold the camera’s reset button for 5 seconds. You’ll hear the prompt “System Reset”.
2. Wait for the camera to say "The camera is now ready to begin pairing."
3. Delete the camera from UBox app and add it again.
