Thank you for shopping with HOSAFE. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty-related requests are handled for products purchased from www.hosafe.com.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, cables, solar panels, mounting parts, and any included items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be purchased directly from www.hosafe.com
  • Be returned in its original packaging when possible
  • Include all accessories and components
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, accident, water damage caused by incorrect installation, or other customer-caused damage

Products purchased from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party platforms must be returned through the original platform according to that platform’s return policy.

2. Return Authorization Required

Please include your order number, the product model, a brief description of the issue or reason for return, and photos or videos if applicable.

Once your request is reviewed, we may provide return instructions and an RMA number. Please do not send products back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Products missing key accessories or parts
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products not purchased from www.hosafe.com
  • Gift cards, free gifts, promotional items, or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Used SIM card data plans, cloud storage subscriptions, app service fees, or third-party service charges, unless otherwise required by law

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

HOSAFE is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hosafe.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • A short video showing the issue, if possible
  • A description of the problem

After review, we may offer troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund depending on the situation.

7. Exchanges and Replacements

If you need to exchange a product or request a replacement, please contact us first. If the product is confirmed to be defective within the applicable warranty period, we may provide repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

8. Warranty Support

HOSAFE products are generally covered by a limited warranty. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external causes.

9. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the package.
