How to add my new camera to the app?

The following are the general steps for adding a camera:

1. Power on the camera, then press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "System Reset."

2. Place the camera and phone close to the router.

3. Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4 GHz. This camera does not support 5 GHz.

4. Keep your phone’s Bluetooth enabled.

5. Open the UBox app, tap "+ Add a Device", and tap "Setup WiFi Device". After entering the WiFi password, a QR code will display on your phone. Use the camera lens to scan the QR code on your phone to check and complete pairing so the camera can be added.

Different camera models may have slightly different setup steps.
