Why is my EseeCloud camera offline?

Do EseeCloud 4G cameras need a SIM data plan?
Yes. A SIM data plan is needed for live view, remote access, motion alerts, and connected features after the included data or trial data expires.
What should I do if my EseeCloud WiFi camera cannot connect?
Check that your phone is connected to the correct WiFi band, enter the correct WiFi password, keep the camera near the router during setup, and reset the camera before adding it again.
