Q3: Can I use this camera in other countries?
A: No, different countries have different versions of cameras. If you do want to use a 4G camera in another country, please let us konw before buying.
Q4: Does this security camera support 7/24 recording?
A: No. To save battery life, the security camera only records when it detects motion.
Q5: Why is my camera unable to connect to the 4G network?
A: 1) Make sure you are using the SIM card that came with the camera and you are using the camera in the US.
2) Check if the SIM card has sufficient data.
