Q1: Can I use the camera in other countries, and can I use my own SIM Card or Connect to WiFi?
A: No, it can only work in the United States, and it only works with the SIM card coming with the camera in default, contact-us to upgrade the camera if you do want to use your SIM card.
This 4G camera can not work with WiFi.
Q2: Is the SIM card prepaid, and how to charge it?
A: Yes, there is only 300MB free data for test, please charge it asap before the data runs out, otherwise the camera will be offline, you can easily charge the sim card with the camera UBox app, choose a preferred data plan.
Q3: I have paid a plan, but the camera is not back to be online.
A: Please make sure you have paid the celluar data plan, not cloud storage plan, data plan is for connecting to the internet, cloud storage is for saving recordings. And you have to restart the camera to active the sim card if the data runs out before.
Q4: I can not add the 4G celluar security camera.
A: 1. It is not allowed to add the camera to UBox app when the camera is not in the USA
2. When the data runs out, the camera will be offline, if you have deleted the camera, you can contact-us to get a charging link, and activate him as a brand new camera.
Q5: I can add the camera to UBox app, but it says the sim card is not compatible.
A: Please make sure the camera is working with its own sim card, if you do want to use your own card, please contact-us to upgrade the camera.
